Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can request a return under the following conditions:
Returns

You may request a return within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags/labels intact.

Once your return request is approved, you will need to ship the item back to us.
Quality Check (QC)

All returned items are subject to a Quality Check (QC) by our customer care team.

Refunds or replacements will be processed only after the item has passed QC.
Refunds

For Prepaid Orders, refunds will be issued within 3 working days after the returned product passes QC.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after the returned product passes QC.

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method or to the customer’s bank account (in case of COD).
Non-Returnable Items

Certain products (such as customized, used, or damaged items not due to our error) may not be eligible for return or refund.
