Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can request a return under the following conditions:

Returns

• You may request a return within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags/labels intact.

• Once your return request is approved, you will need to ship the item back to us.

Quality Check (QC)

• All returned items are subject to a Quality Check (QC) by our customer care team.

• Refunds or replacements will be processed only after the item has passed QC.

Refunds

• For Prepaid Orders, refunds will be issued within 3 working days after the returned product passes QC.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after the returned product passes QC.

• Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method or to the customer’s bank account (in case of COD).

Non-Returnable Items

• Certain products (such as customized, used, or damaged items not due to our error) may not be eligible for return or refund.
